Apple has released iOS 14.0.1 to fix iPhone issues plaguing users since the release of iOS 14.
iOS 14 includes a new feature that allows you to configure a default browser and mail client on your iPad and iPhone.
To enable a default browser or email app, you would go into settings and search for the app you wish to use.
When you go into the app’s settings, you can tap on the ‘Default Browser App’ setting to configure the default browser for iOS, as shown below.

However, a bug is causing the default browser and mail app to revert to Safari and Mail after the iPhone is restarted.
In addition to the above bug, users began reporting after installing iOS 14 that their Wi-Fi has been unstable with poor performance and connectivity issues.
With the release of iOS 14.0.1, both of these issues are now fixed.
